What kind of data do we hold about you and how did we obtain it?
The categories of personal data we process from customers and suppliers are:
- Identification data
- Postal or email addresses
- Commercial information
- Financial and transaction data
- Browsing data
We have obtained all the data mentioned above either directly from you through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or through your company when it provided us with the identification data and other information necessary to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your obligation, or your company's, to provide us with updated data in the event of any change.
For what purpose do we process your data?
We process the data provided by data subjects in order to manage various activities arising from specific procedures in the areas of sales, after-sales service, supplier management, quality of service, etc. Accordingly, we will use your data to carry out any of the following actions:
- Providing the services requested or delivering the product purchased.
- Sending the information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company,
- Providing both potential customers and our customers with offers of products and services of interest to them,
- Carrying out the administrative, tax and accounting management of our customers and/or suppliers,

How long will we keep your data?
Personal data relating to natural persons linked to potential customers, customers and suppliers that we collect through the various contact and/or information-gathering forms (including data collected through cookies, where applicable) will be kept for as long as the data subject does not request its deletion. Data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the business relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting in any case the minimum legal retention periods applicable to each matter.
Images obtained by the video surveillance system will be kept for 1 month, in accordance with article 22.3 of the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights), unless they must be kept to be handed over to the competent authorities.
In any case, we will keep your personal data for the period of time reasonably necessary, taking into account our need to answer queries or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and comply with the requirements of applicable law. This means that we may keep your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?

If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to perform your contract or to comply with legal obligations or those arising from public authorities.
To which recipients will your data be disclosed?
We will not transfer your personal data to any third-party company that intends to use it for its direct marketing activities, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.
Please note that we may provide your personal data to Public Administration bodies and competent Authorities where they legally require us to do so or where, acting in good faith, we consider that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal proceedings; to answer any legal claim or demand; or to protect the rights of the company or its customers and the public in general.

What are your rights as a data subject?

Where the controller has reasonable doubts about the identity of the natural person making the request, it may request the additional information necessary to confirm their identity.
You will also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
